Vancouver Fire Rescue Services vs Vancouver Police Department
Saturday, September 21st at the PNE Agrodome sees Vancouver Fire take on the Vancouver Police in the “Battle of the Badges” hockey game!
The Battle of the Badges is an event for the whole family, with fire trucks, police cars, demonstrations by both departments (tech team, heavy rescue, K9 unit, horses, ERT), a bbq, DJ music and fun games outside. PLUS there’ll be plenty of raffles and prizes throughout the day including a 50/50 draw, Canucks memorabilia to be raffled off, a signed stick by the Sedins and an autographed Elias Pettersson jersey!
All proceeds go to the Vancouver Firefighter Charities (VFC) and the Sports For Kids program.
The Sports For Kids program is VFC initiative that works with the Vancouver School Board to address the fitness needs of some of the city’s most vulnerable students.
