We kicked off our second annual Variety Week on Global BC, highlighting stories from children and families around the province who have been helped by Variety.

Based in Abbotsford, Shamrock Counselling provides unique equine facilitated therapy to help children who have faced trauma, life challenges, and adversity. Thanks to Variety – The Children’s Charity, the counselors at Shamrock are able to provide a safe, supportive palace to work on the issues that have brought the children to counseling.

All this week we’re focusing on the amazing work Variety – The Children’s Charity does for special needs kids. Children like Sage, who has been diagnosed with cancer twice in her young life.
