Documentary about Blind Melon's Shannon Hoon to be released in 2020

A documentary that using video footage shot by Blind Melon’s Shannon Hoon is expected to be released in 2020.

The film is called All I Can Say and is created with footage the the late frontman shot between 1990 to 1995. His friend and photographer Danny Clinch had over 200 hours of footage. He created a Kickstarter back in 2015 to fund a film made from the clips.

The film currently screening at festivals but will have a wider release in 2020.

In a Rolling Stone interview back in 2015, Clinch says, “He was really an endearing character. He could just become your best friend straight away. His energy was great. He was really creative and super friendly. He definitely liked to have a good time and he enjoyed the rock & roll lifestyle for sure.”
