Casey-Jo spent the last year of her life living in the woods alone with her dog before this panorama. She now considers herself the most out of touch person she knows and argues that a daily existential crisis is completely normal.
She loves writing poetry (especially if it’s poetry at sunset), live music (RIP), reading seventeen books at once, getting (safely) lost in the mountains and staying up way too late, then feeling like a bus hit her in the morning. Her day job is being a life coach, which she still considers super cringe (only the name, not the outcome).
She’s working towards becoming a counsellor, your favourite weekend radio host in Vancouver and getting eight hours of sleep regularly.
