Rock ‘N Roll Pride features two nights of multi-genre original music from independent, queer musicians & allies, over the weekend of July 31-August 1 2021. This event is run by Support the Scene YVR and Raincity Artist Administration & Media – 2 Vancouver based media production and content creation companies based in Vancouver BC who are dedicated to bringing awareness and revenue to local artists. We’ll be showcasing Canadian bands who are ready to set the stage for an unforgettable festival, live streamed and easily accessible for anyone to tune in to enjoy safely from the comforts of home.

Rock ‘n Roll Pride kicked off for the first time last year in 2020, amidst the pandemic. It was created in response to the many artists out there on the LGBTQ2S+ spectrum that make incredible music that doesn’t fit the bill for the traditional acts you’d catch being hired to play at a pride event, and is catering to those folks and pride-goers alike who are more drawn to alternative genres; rock, metal, punk, grunge, etc. Representation matters in all genres of music, and pride is the perfect time to emphasize that.
