Workout for Women’s Day

The 4th annual Workout for Women’s Day is happening March 1-8! Workout for Women’s Day is a coming together of local movement instructors and fitness studios around International Women’s Day to offer by-donation classes in support of charities that serve girls and women.

The campaign is organized by local fitness instructors and has raised $61,447 in the past 3 years!

Workout for Women’s Day 2022 will feature an incredible and diverse offering of both in-person and virtual classes open to all, taught by some of the fabulous instructors we have here in Vancouver.

The 2022 campaign will support three local charities, each with a target fundraising goal that can specifically maintain or enhance an integral part of their programming. They are:

  1. Battered Women’s Support Services
  2. Vancouver Women’s Health Collective
  3. WISH Drop In-Centre
